How we work…

Everybody does hard work… We believe in smart work…

Our main motive is to provide employment to the jobseekers and manpower to the organizations.

We follow a certain process that will help us serve our client as well as candidate with best services and solutions. We follow a simple procedure viz. as follows:

Vendor Co-ordination –

We interact with the vendor in order to seek inputs from them. Our main focus is to develop such a relationship with the vendor so that they can blindly rely on us. We consider their requirement as our own. We coordinate with the client even after the placement in order to get feedback, so that we can serve in a better way in mere future. Once we get any requirement from our client, we make a detailed research about the position, industrial statistics, and where and how we can chase the resource.

Attracting, Screening and Sourcing

Initially we look into our own pool whether we have any suitable candidates. Otherwise we source resumes from job portals and accordingly screen the profiles and attract the candidates by explaining them the position available.

Short listing

If the candidates are suitable, and meet the requirement checklist we short list the candidate on the basis of relevancy and send those selected and validated profiles to the client.


We arrange interviews of the shortlisted candidates and make sure that our candidates show up at the interview venue. Our constant try will be to give 100% hit ratio.

Timely Follow-up

We keep timely follow-up with vendor in order to seek feedback for the candidates who attended the interview.


Once all the procedures are done and if the candidate is selected we make sure the joining formalities are done at the earliest.
